City are the team waiting in the final four for one of these two, so there is of course big incentive for United to win this one, but with Chelsea needing silverware to keep fans happy, it is a tough one to call.

Sir Alex Ferguson's men have been the best team in England by a long way this campaign and they can prove that by doing the domestic double this campaign as they are 15 points clear at the top of the Premier League – so it is safe to say the title is heading to Old Trafford.

In the FA Cup, the Red Devils have had to go up against Premier League opposition in all the rounds so far and this is the second time they have been taken to a replay after a 2-2 draw at West Ham United in the third round.

Ferguson will not be happy that his men need a replay to try and get past Chelsea though as they were 2-0 up after just eleven minutes at Old Trafford earlier in the month, but then conceded two goals in the second half and now have a tough trip to the Bridge ahead of them.

It will be interesting to see if the Scotsman gives Javier Hernandez a start this time out as he has scored in all three of United's games against Chelsea this campaign.

Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Danny Welbeck are all fit as well, so there is good selection headache for Ferguson ahead of this one.

As for Chelsea, it has been a frustrating season for them so far and the next few days are massive for the Londoners as they have this big FA Cup quarter-final on Monday and then the first leg of their Europa League round of eight encounter at home to Rubin Kazan on Thursday.

Rafael Benitez isn't going to be in charge at the Bridge next season, but he can end what has been a tough spell in west London on a high by delivering two trophies and a top four finish.

The Spaniard doesn't exactly see eye-to-eye with his opposite manager in this one and whenever they lock horns, both men do all they can to claim the bragging rights

Juan Mata could prove to be the key man here as he has been the most consistent player for the Blues throughout the season.

Mata is able to provide that touch of class in the final third, whether it be a pass or a finish and after such a good campaign, he will be desperate for a trip to Wembley with Chelsea.

Both of these teams have won the FA Cup multiple times, but Chelsea have the better record in recent years, winning four times since 2007, whereas United haven't won the tournament since 2004.
