Chelsea Send Rumours: Blues Ensuring They've been Top Candidate for Wayne Rooney.

Manchester United legend and superstar striker Wayne Rooney's future with the club is up in the air. He's fallen using favor with exiting administrator Sir Alex Ferguson, and rumours abroad have him as a prime candidate to proceed to another Premier League club—or a league overseas entirely—next season.

One of people such clubs is Chelsea, who are doing everything they can to ensure that Rooney will be carrying the Blues' uniform together with the Samsung lettering across his chest when the 2013-14 season begins.

Based on a report from Matt Law within the Daily Mirror, Chelsea boss Roman Abramovich is happy to pay £30 million in a transfer fee for ones 27-year-old forward, and is even willing to give him a 7 days a week salary of £250, 000 to ensure that United don't sell him to an alternative club.

The report also claims Chelsea is absolutely not buying United's firm posture (so far) that trading Rooney is not shared.

A source advised Sunday Mirror Sport: "Chelsea want to be sure that if Wayne leaves Usa, there is only one place definitely go... They are happy to spend, big, big money on Rooney and they also have told United this.... Mourinho would love to handle Rooney. He thinks he'll get him back to help you his best and use him in a similar way to the simplest way Didier Drogba operated meant for Chelsea. "

Mourinho, surely, is Real Madrid administrator Jose, who is nearing a revisit the Blues, if you take note on media sources worldwide. Marca. com reported on Saturday that Mourinho has advised his inner circle of his intentions to leave Madrid and control you for interim manager Rafa Benitez, together with a move to get Mourinho could coincide by having a move to get Rooney.

Chelsea are clearly banking on the reality that Rooney, who also has interest from Paris Saint-Germain, Menu and Bayern Munich, are going to be sold to the maximum bidder.

Abramovich has achieved it clear that he's willing to give Rooney the similar treatment that United did through the first part of their marriage if he arrived at Stamford Bridge, giving him the reins for an already potent lineup together with Frank Lampard, Eden Hazard and Demba Ba and it is fresh off the Europa Group title.

Adding Rooney compared to that list, with "The Special One" back the fold too, would make for an interesting season of expectations and performances for Stamford Bridge next 12 months.

There's no guarantee which Rooney goes anywhere, or that United is able to sell off a vital system of the winning ways at Old Trafford. Rooney's current contract runs in the end of 2015, but another snag in a potential stay is an investigation from The Daily Mailbox that claims Rooney is seeking a new deal.

Rooney had 22 targets in 37 appearances across the different soccer spectrums this coming year, including 12 in 22 games while using club in EPL enjoy. He's considered a valuable player just hitting the "mature" part of his career, but usually there are some (including Pete Hall associated with TEAMtalk. com) who have the stats side with Usa letting him go while interest is high.

Chelsea has vowed to be active and ready to get into their pocketbooks this summer time to chase a league title and other international awards next period, and that could get started with breaking the bank for Rooney to reach at Stamford Bridge.

The very first thing is for sure: New manager David Moyes' end-of-the-year meeting with Rooney later this full week should tell us everything found . know about his upcoming at Old Trafford.
